I hope that you are keeping warm, safe and ever so well.
I trust that life lifts you with it’s heart and absolute love for being here.

As you may know Namaste Barn Yoga and Meditation Studio has been patiently waiting to open her arms to you. I had planned to host my first in person classes in Jan, then a few days ago tier 3 guidance meant we needed to slow things down. So lets follow natures guidance and go with its flow. Let’s snuggle up and support our tribe.

We can though still safely enjoy what we have
(I never thought I’d appreciate technology so very much!)

8 Week MBSR Mindfulness Meditation

This New Year is our invitation to begin again.
MBSR Mindfulness offers us gentle yet incredibly effective ways to meeting life anew.  So ….if you’d like to…Let’s do it!

If you are curious about joining the 8 week MBSR Course, you are invited to come to a taster session to really understand what the MBSR course offers you and decide if you’d like to join the course.

Followed by: 8 week Mindfulness MBSR Course 

  *Monday’s from 18th January to 15th March 

12.30 -14.30pm 

(*There will be a break of one week with no session on the 8th March)

You will be provided with a Course Workbook and downloadable Guided Meditations for home practice.

You’ll also be invited to attend an optional one-day Silent Retreat which will be in the 6th or 7th week costing £35.00 Covid guidance allowing….otherwise it will be an online retreat. This is usually at a weekend. The date of this will be confirmed at the beginning of the course.
