Hello dear friends,
I do hope you are well and that you have been able to adapt to this fresh way of being.

I personally have moved through a range of responses over the last few weeks and now am settling into how things are. I do miss sharing space with folks and “filling my hug tanks” as my son Matthew would say. But now  I’m enjoying connection via online routes. It’s all new to me and perhaps for you too. So… I feel a coming together as we all embrace awkward!

I’m keen to continue to share my practices so…… let’s give it a go.

Online offerings
Free Group Sessions

  • A regular Weekly TRE Shake Group via Zoom -*For existing shakers

 Monday’s 11.30 am and 3.00 pm

 Tuesday’s 2.30 pm.

Sessions last 90 minutes includes: Settle – Connect – Awaken Tremors – Relax

*This is for those who have either attended one of my TRE or Neurogenic Yoga Workshops or have had a 1:1 TRE session with me and have practiced shaking at home. 

Please email if you’d like to join me. Including please in your email a little on your TRE shaking practice. I need to know particularly how your TRE practice is for you and that you can self regulate. I will send guidance regarding the session to those wishing to take part.

  • A weekly recorded Yoga Class and/ or Yoga Nidra guided relaxation. Please email me if you would like me to share this with you. Here’s one I prepared earlier ( very Blue Peter!)

  • Recorded Guided Meditation. Please email me if you’d like me to share this with you.

These group offerings are FREE as I’m very aware that many of you are struggling with reduced or no income at all.  I’d like to share this with everyone, so no one is left out. However if you feel moved to offer a financial exchange a suggested donation is £5, but please only offer a donation if you are able to without any financial difficulty.

I would also like to offer  FREE 1:1 or Group sessions to Nurses and Doctors as a BIG thank you for all that you are doing for us. These practices include TRE, Guided Relaxation, Meditation, and grounding practices to ease out of overwhelm. I know that perhaps right now all you want to do is rest. But know that this is available to you in the future too…when the time feels right.

One to One & One to Two Online sessions

  • For those new to TRE (Tension and Trauma Release exercises), Meditation or  EFT Emotional Freedom Technique – Tapping) I can introduce you to this via Skype or Zoom.This can be in a 1:1 or 1:2 setting. (so you might like to try this with a friend). These sessions have my regular 1:1 Charge.
