If you are curious about joining the 8 week MBSR Course, you are invited to come to a taster session to really understand what the MBSR course offers you.
This course follows the Gold Standard MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Curriculum. The most highly effective, robustly researched and endorsed programme in the world developed by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn and Mark Williams of Oxford University.

In each session we will be developing different aspects of mindfulness practice
exploring new skills to add to your toolkit, in a gentle approach,

Between sessions you will be given simple mindfulness for life tools to develop a steady comfortable practice at home.

Oh… and a commitment to yourself is really key. Meditation practice is a bit like cleaning your teeth. It’s a habit that we make time for every day. When we decide to give ourselves the gift of this daily meditation practice, we begin from day one to transform our relationship with our life.
You will be provided with a Course Workbook and downloadable Guided Meditations for home practice.
You’ll also be invited to attend a one-day retreat as part of this programme.
